This seems like a fun challenge, but totally unrealistic. If we were to take a look into what is actually in stock, it looks more like this.
If you only buy islands that are fully available in their original form, you can buy everything for nine dollars. For my money, I'm taking Skullduggery, Astro Knights, Nabooti, Counterfeit, Ghost Story, and the entire one-dollar tier. Unfortunately none of those are available. I've been playing this game since I was 8 years old, well over ten years ago. In 2013, Poptropica had stake in the claim of best online game ever made. It's such a shame seeing the team fumble so hard that they have absolutely no clue what the game's dwindling audience genuinely wants. While they ditz around making Roblox mini games and TikTok memes, all the actual in-game content people legitimately care about is indefinitely left as lost media. It breaks my heart.
