RANT: DS Lite Hinge

SO, I'm not gonna explain why I am ranting about this and get right into it. I recently discovered (about 2 weeks ago) that all the DS Lite hinges in America were made wrong so they will all break sooner or later. All the handhelds I have ever had from this century are the DS Lite, so I am pretty mad. In fact, I like the DS Lite so much I am on my 3rd one, 1st one was stolen, 2nd one was the one I used to much that the top screen broke off from this problem, and the 3rd one that I am currently using arrived on Monday. So my problem is that the right hinge, the one that shows the battery light, always breaks so that it can either be at a 100 Degree angle or a 0 Degree angle unless you buy one of those Nerf cases that come in green or blue or yellow that you can buy at Sams Club for 15 bucks. But wouldn't they figure out how to fix it after almost 8 years in the making? Seriously, Nintendo. The 3DS doesn't need new upgrades when the original DS Lite needs fixing, because that is just giving bonuses to the rich people while us poorer people are stuck with these oldies. It isn't fair! Be nice to us! We can't change the fact that we don't get that much money! Gimmee a break!
